Pure Beeswax Foundation

The Pure Beeswax Foundation is made from your wax or ours. 
Our foundation is extruded at 5-6 sheets per pound. This creates a very strong, all wax foundation which the bees use to speed the drawing of the new comb. We have found that the workers will rework the thicker comb into cell walls, thus encouraging prompt drawing out of the comb. We do not pre-wire the heavy foundation.

Our extruder can process your beeswax into sheets of varying width to fit your frames. We will work with you to co-ordinate production to your needs and our production schedules

Foundation is sold by the pound with a standard sheet 16 5/8"X 8 1/2". Base price is $5.50made-up and $2.00 exchange.  Foundation is only made in the winter and when the made-up is sold out there is no more till next winter.

Please note that we do not bleach the wax, and when possible we will make your wax into your foundation.
